Lower back pain affects a significant portion of the population and can appear in many different ways and severity.
Some of the following can be root casuses of lower back pain:
- Piriformis syndrome
- Joint inflammation
- Bulging or herniated disc
Some of the signs are the following:
- Sciatica
- Dull pain in lower back
- Pain increases with movement (can’t bend over/touch toes)
- Shooting pain down leg. Pins & needles (or tingling sensation)
